1) Service nature

MYTPTD (My Tour Plan and Tour Diary) is an independent tool to help educational professionals manage their Tour Plans and Tour Diaries digitally. It is not an official government platform and does not claim affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

2) Account cancellation

You may request account deactivation if your role changes, you leave your organization, or you no longer wish to use the service. Administrators may also deactivate accounts for policy violations or security reasons.

3) Data after deactivation

• We may retain certain records for operational, legal, or audit purposes.
• You can request a data export before deactivation; exports are provided in standard formats where feasible.
• Some information may be retained in backups for a limited time.

4) Service interruptions

• Planned maintenance may cause temporary unavailability; we aim to give prior notice where possible.
• Unplanned outages can occur; we work to restore service quickly, but compensation is not applicable.
