Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your subscription.
To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please review the following
policy carefully:

Cancellation Requests: To cancel your subscription,
please contact our customer support team at admin@mytptd.com. Provide
your account details, including your subscription ID and reason for
cancellation.

Cancellation Window: Cancellations will be considered
only if the request is made within 15 days of the subscription start
date. If you cancel after this period, you will not be eligible for a
refund.

Effective Date: Cancellations will take effect at the
end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to
your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing
period. If you cancel before the end of the current billing cycle, you
will not be refunded for the remaining days of your subscription.

Auto-Renewal: If you do not cancel your subscription
before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will
automatically renew for the next billing cycle. You will be charged
for the next billing cycle on the renewal date.
Refund Policy
Our goal is to provide exceptional services, but if you are dissatisfied
with your subscription, you may qualify for a refund under the following
criteria:

Eligibility: Only annual subscription plans qualify
for refunds. Monthly subscriptions do not qualify for any refund.

Request Procedure: Initiate a refund request by
contacting our support team at admin@mytptd.com within 15 days from
the subscription start date. Include your account details and reason
for the request.

Processing Time: Upon approval of your request, the
refund process will commence. Expect refunds to be completed within
5-10 business days, credited back to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds: Requests made after 15 days may
qualify for partial refunds, prorated based on the unused subscription
period.

Non-Refundable: Refunds are not available for
cancellations after the renewal date or for previously refunded
subscriptions.
