User Guide for MyTPTD
Welcome to MyTPTD! This guide will help you navigate and make the most
out of our platform. Whether you're a new user or an existing one,
you'll find everything you need to get started and use our features
effectively.

Getting Started
Welcome to MyTPTD! To access all the features and benefits of the MyTPTD
app, it is necessary to sign up for an account. Signing up will allow
you to use the app with your credentials, enabling you to manage your
tasks, track your progress, and stay connected with our community.
Don't have an account yet? No worries! You can find the signup page link
at the bottom of the login form. Click on the link, fill in your
details, and get started with MyTPTD today!

Sign Up

Visit the Sign-Up Page: Navigate to the Sign-Up page.

Enter Your Details: Fill in the following
information:

District: Select your district from the dropdown
menu. The Kannada name will be auto-filled. If there is any
mistake, you can edit it.

Block: Select your block from the dropdown menu.
The Kannada name will be auto-filled. If there is any mistake, you
can edit it.
-
ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ (ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ): Verify the Kannada name of
your district. Edit if necessary.

ತಾಲೂಕು (ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ): Verify the Kannada name of
your taluk. Edit if necessary.

ಹೆಸರು (ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ): Enter your name in Kannada.
-
ಹುದ್ದೆ (ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ): Start typing your
designation in Kannada slowly. Suggestions will appear as you
type. Choose from the suggestions or enter your own designation.
Based on your choice, the following fields will be auto-filled but
can be modified if necessary:

ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಗ್ರಾಮ/ನಗರ (ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ):
Village or city where you are working.

ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಕಚೇರಿ (ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ): Office
where you are working.

ವರದಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿ): Reporting
authority.

Gender: Select your gender from the dropdown
menu.

Date of Birth: Enter your date of birth in the
format DD-MM-YYYY. This information is crucial for account
recovery and password reset.

Mobile Number: Enter your mobile number. This
information is crucial for account recovery and password reset.

Email: Enter your email address. This information
is crucial for account recovery and password reset.

Enter Email OTP: Click "Verify Email" to receive
an OTP (One-Time Password). Enter the OTP you receive in your
email to verify your email address.
- Password: Enter a strong password.

Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to
confirm.

Verify Your Email: After entering your email and
clicking "Verify Email," check your email for the OTP. Enter the OTP
in the "Enter Email OTP" field and click "Verify Email" to verify your
email address.

Submit the Form: Once all fields are filled out and
the email is verified, click the "Sign Up" button to complete the
registration process.

Login: Use your email or mobile number as your user
ID to log in to MyTPTD.
Navigating the Homepage
After successful login, you will be redirected to the homepage. On the
homepage, you will see a table with your pending tour plan.
Making an Entry in Your Tour Diary

View Pending Tour Plan: On the homepage, locate your
pending tour plan in the table.

Click on the Date of the Tour Plan: Click on the date
of the tour plan details you want to edit.

Fill in the Tour Diary Details: A popup form will
open. Enter all your tour diary details in the form.

Submit the Form: After entering all the details,
click on the "Submit" button to save your tour diary entry. The
pending tour plan will now vanish.
On the left top corner, you will see the navigation menu that contains
the following options:

Home: Redirects you to the homepage where you can
view your pending tour plans.

Tour Diary: Here, you can enter and modify existing
tour diary entries. You can also take a printout of the tour diaries
for any month and modify any tour diary entry at any time by clicking
on the date.

Tour Plan: Here, you can create a tour plan for the
next month after the 20th date of any month. If you have not created a
tour plan, you will not see the entries of the pending tour plan on
the homepage. Once you have created a tour plan in this section, it
will remain editable until you take a printout of the tour plan. After
taking the printout, your tour plan for the month will be frozen and
cannot be edited. Only after the tour plan is frozen will you see the
entries of the pending tour plan on the homepage, allowing you to add
diary entries.

Settings: Takes you to the settings page where you
can find the following menus:

Subscription Plans: In this menu, you will see
the different subscription plans to suit your needs. Choose the
subscription plan that fits you best. Select the plan wisely. Once
you have chosen a subscription plan, proceed to payment. After
your payment is made, your plan will be active. Always remember to
subscribe before your current plan expires.

Personal Information: In this menu, you will see
the details you submitted during sign up. You can change or modify
your details at any time. Always give correct details; false
details will lead to account deactivation.

Change Password: Here, you can change your
current password by providing the current password. Always keep a
strong password to protect your account. Don't disclose your
password.

School List: In this menu, you will see the list
of the schools and offices in your block that you need to plan
your visit to. If you don't see the school names in Kannada, there
will be an edit button to enter the Kannada name of the school and
the place where the school is located. You can enter the details.
Each successful entry will give you 1 point that is equivalent to
1 Rupee. You can use these points to subscribe to your plans.
This is the Loyalty program.

Log out: On clicking this, you will be logged out of
the account. Always remember to click on this after using the app.

Submitting a Query

Go to the Contact Us Page: Click on "Contact Us" in
the side menu.

Fill in the Form: Enter your name, email, and
message.

Submit: Click on "Send Message" to submit your query.

Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation message
once your query is submitted.
Loyalty Programs
-
After entering the details of the school in Kannada, the user will
get one loyalty point.
-
If a user refers the app after a successful login and subscription,
and makes the first payment, the user will get Rs 50 as loyalty
points for each referral.
Special Loyalty Program Advertisement
Earn loyalty points with every school detail entry and referral! Get 1
point for every successful school entry in Kannada and Rs 50 for each
successful referral. Don't miss out on these rewards!
